The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Developer with 3-5 years of experience in the Microsoft stack to join our founding team. This is a contractor role (no full employment benefits, but all the benefits of self-employment) designed for someone who’s passionate about cutting-edge BI solutions and eager to shape the future of a dynamic startup.

Responsibilities
- Develop Next-Level BI Solutions: Build, optimize, and maintain Power BI dashboards and Paginated Reports that turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Leverage Microsoft Fabric: Use Fabric’s capabilities for data ingestion, transformation, and advanced analytics to deliver robust solutions for diverse business needs.
- Wow Our Clients: Engage with customers, gather requirements, and craft BI solutions that exceed expectations. You’ll be held to a high bar as you deliver beyond-excellent results.
- Shape Our Startup: As one of the first hires, you’ll influence the company culture, strategic direction, and best practices for our consulting engagements.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously explore new features and innovations within the Microsoft ecosystem to ensure our solutions remain best-in-class.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (required).
- 3-5 years of hands-on BI development in the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Deep proficiency with Power BI, Power BI Paginated Reports, and Microsoft Fabric. Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. You thrive on collaborating with clients and teammates to deliver standout results.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter who’s excited about building something big from the ground up and shaping the success of a growing startup.

- A Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
